eOrigen.com's previous success with training and communications programmes at Heathrow, has been pivotal to the company being awarded a further project to produce a new training programme for check-in staff at Gatwick.
With the numbers of passengers increasing to more than 32 million a year the volume of baggage is increasing. The check in teams face new challenges, pressures and demands and need to have access to training programmes in most aspects of check-in and baggage handling, to manage the growth.
Sponsored by the BAA engineering team at Gatwick, the programme is designed to provide training support to all staff who operate the airport check-in-desks at Gatwick and is being supported by BA, Aviance and Penauille Servisair.
