Sainsbury’s D&T Operating Model Sting


Sainsbury’s had a requirement to internally launch a new operating model, but they didn’t want to do the usual power point. They needed something with more impact and engagement. They asked us to create a launch programme. We produced a 3D film on location in Sainsbury’s London Head Office which featured staff from the business. We delivered the 3D movie to launch the campaign in a cinema atmosphere. Colleague’s all gathered together in an ‘office’ auditorium with popcorn and 3D glasses. This was delivered with a tight timescale (less than three weeks) and achieved the high expectations of all the teams involved.
