Skills for Health, needed to provide a high quality e-learning programme to support the job application and interviewing skills of potential applicants to the healthcare sector and act as a demonstrator of competency-based education and best practice in e-learning to healthcare employers and stakeholders. A video based programme was produced interlaced with graphics and animation, and an in-vision tutor to engage and motivate learners.
