For people who aren't used to working with computers, there is now an urgent need to learn basic ICT skills and get on line and e-Citizen creates the ability to access a new world of opportunities. Flexible and easy to understand it gives people confidence to access the online world. It is a new qualification from the British Computer Society and is part of the ECDL family of curricula.
