Telco: Performance Simulations
These performance simulations are part of a larger programme about Broadband for Telco call centre staff. Audio-driven, the six sequences allow learners to explore alternative responses to common customer service problems. Each one takes the learner on an individual journey which is defined by their responses to customer queries and problems. This is multimedia that really enables skills transfer!
