Content:

• Very logical.
• Easy to use, modular, able to refer back to it when required.
• I liked the balance - I didn't get fed up with the structure.

Video:

• Very realistic particularly the drama/simulation sections. Made it easy to follow and cut down on having to read reams of info which sometimes you have to on CBT.
• I liked the voice over and the dramas.
• Makes you think about how I may behave.

Assessment:

• Very broad options given most realistic.

General:

• Overall I thought it was one of the best CBT's I have done.
• It can be fitted in around other work
• Very engaging. I think we should redo all the CBT's to be as good as this one.
• I generally try to avoid CBT wherever possible but I was really surprised. In addition to the great structure and engaging scenarios the content was really interesting (I might be a little biased as my background is psychology). I hope this is a mandatory course for everyone
• Very good course, long overdue.
• Very clear, concise and simple.
• Glad I did it and fully recommend it.
